1. Failure of pressure-keeping of pipeline network.

  Pipeline network pressure can not be maintained is generally due to the end of the discharge valve is not closed or the relevant check valves can not stop water, as well as wet alarm valve core is not closed tightly and outdoor pre-embedded main pipe is rusted due to long-term corrosion. To deal with the above failures, the discharge valve can be tightened first, then the main pump is pressurized after releasing the water and pressure. Sometimes the valve core may have debris blocking the valve core, it may be restored if the pump is flushed. The outdoor pre-embedded pipeline network can be checked by stages.

2. Frequent start-up of pressure-stabilizing pump

  Frequent start-up of pressure stabilizing pump is usually caused by the failure of normal pressure-keeping of the pipeline network. When the pressure of the pipeline network is less than the starting pressure set by the pressure stabilizing pump, the pump will start. When the pressure of the pipeline network is higher than the stop pressure of the pressure stabilizing pump, the pump will stop. The start-stop of the pressure stabilizing pump is generally not controlled by the main fire alarm machine, and is directly controlled by an adjustable pressure switch connected to the pipe network.

3.Failures of Pipeline network pressurization after pump start-up

Generally there are two kinds of common failures besides the pump itself. The first one is that there is too much air in the pipe network. and the pipe network is first exhausted and then pumped. The second one is that the pump is on the ground. The water pool is underground. There is a suction bottom valve under the pipe network connecting the pump and the pool. Because the suction bottom valve can not stop the water, the pipe network is full of air. After the pump is started, the suction bottom valve cannot be opened, the water is not sucked, the water pump is idling, so can not add pressure, check the suction bottom valve.

4.The fire center can not start and stop the pump remotely   

The fire center can not start and stop the pump remotely. There are four common faults as follows:

  ①Circuit opening or circuit breaking. Check and repair the line to see if there is a spare line when the original line is put in place;

  ②Poor connection of buttons and switches in non-standard linkage cabinet or loosening of multi-wire control panel and failure of multi-wire control panel. Check and maintain the equipment;

  ③Poor contact or burnout of 24V relay on site or on linkage cabinet, loosening of circuit and module damage of switching module matched with multi-wire control panel. Check the line or replace the equipment;

  ④The multi-wire control panel and linkage cabinet are not operated or the pump control box is not operated in the automatic state (or the universal switch is not in good contact);

5.On-site control cabinet can not start and stop water pump

  ①Burn out of protective tube;

  ②No automatic reset after thermal relay operation;

  ③Poor contact of start button or universal switch;

  ④Intermediate relay or contactor is damaged;

  ⑤Poor line contact;

6.The pump will start when it is hit in an automatic state.

  ①The fire center linkage cabinet or multi-line control panel does not stop after manual start (or does not know after accidentally hitting);

  ②The pressure switch action linkage pump starts (can directly connect the pump without going through the alarm host);

7.Treatment method when the nozzle bursts

  ①Close the signal valve of this layer and open the drain valve at the end of this layer;

  ②Turn off the main power supply of the water pump or pressure stabilizing pump or put the pump in the manual state;

  ③Connect water to outdoor or bathroom with fire hose;

  ④Waterproof measures should be taken to prevent water from entering the elevator shaft or other places to damage articles, and the elevator should be driven to the upper level for temporary suspension;

  ⑤Replace the nozzle when the water is discharged, open the signal valve and start the pump to pressurize;

  ⑥Close the valve to pressurize the pipe network after exhaust of the terminal drain valve;

  ⑦Stop pumping after normal pressure of pipe network and check whether there is leakage or not;

  ⑧Resume elevator operation, clean up the site;
