The central sensing unit of HS3351 series adopts the world leading pressure/differential pressure transmitter technology and packaging technology, the sensor is located at the top of the metal body, far from the medium contact surface, to achieve mechanical isolation and thermal isolation. Glass sintered sensor leads achieve high-strength electrical insulation with metal matrix, which improves the flexibility of electronic circuits and the ability to withstand transient voltage protection. The accuracy of platinum grade is (+0.05%) and the maximum one-way overvoltage is 25 MPa. Excellent static pressure performance, the optimal static pressure error can be controlled within (+0.05%/10MPa), the temperature effect is very small, and the optimal static pressure error can be controlled within (+0.04%/10K).

In the circuit design, the microprocessor is used as the core and the advanced digital isolation technology is used to assist the modular design, so that the instrument has a very high anti-interference and stability. Hart protocol is used to communicate, which can be operated remotely by Hart operator or computer equipped with Hart software. The configuration of measurement information can be completed. At the same time, digital compensation technology is adopted. The transmitter is compensated by built-in temperature sensor, which improves the measurement accuracy, reduces the temperature drift, and has the characteristics of good long-term stability and high reliability. The most humanized design of infrared wireless settings, one-button zero-clearing function, to meet the requirements of safe operation in dangerous situations, is very convenient for quick menu operation, and can complete all parameter settings, improve the performance of the transmitter in an all-round way.

Functional parameters

Range

In the upper and lower limits of the range, you can adjust it arbitrarily. It is recommended to select the range code with the lowest range ratio to   optimize the performance.

Zero Setting

Zeros and ranges can be adjusted to any value within the range of measurement in the meter as long as the scale range is greater than or   equal to the minimum range.

Effect   of Installation Position

The change of installation position perpendicular to the diaphragm side will not cause zero drift effect. If the installation position and the diaphragm side change more than 90 degrees, the zero drift effect will occur within the range of < 0.4kPa. It can be corrected by adjusting   the zero adjustment without range effect.

Output

Two-wire system 4-20 mA, in accordance with NAMIR NE43 specification, superimposed digital signal (Hart protocol) can choose linear or square root output.
